    Class PlanMigrationTool

    MCP tool plan-migration: builds a migration strategy and roadmap from detected architecture and SOLID violations and, with a style profile from learn-patterns, from the codebase conventions (RxJS patterns, DI style).

    Scan-based planning: when violations carry filePath (inline or from a saved scan-architecture result via scanResultFile) and projectRoot is set, the roadmap is built from the files themselves: grouped per file and layer, ordered dependencies first along the import graph, import cycles kept together (core buildViolationPlan, planSource: 'scan'). Otherwise the strategy templates decide the roadmap (planSource: 'template').
