Class ServerStatusTool

MCP tool that reports on the running server itself: memory, uptime, the negotiated protocol era and revision, the ts-morph projects held in the shared cache, response sizes, and whether the build on disk changed after the server started.

Remarks

A session keeps the code it started with; after a rebuild it serves stale tools until the client reconnects. build.rebuiltSinceStart makes that visible from inside the session. The check compares the newest .js mtime per package dist/ at start and at call time; it walks the directories on every call (a few hundred files, milliseconds).
