    Class TraceOutputFlowTool

    MCP tool that follows the payload of a component's outputs across the template boundary: emit sites, the host bindings and handlers that receive the value, and what the handler methods do with $event.

    Logic lives in OutputFlowTracer (@angular-modernizer/api); this tool resolves the project, validates arguments and applies the compact output contract (maxResults caps emit sites, bound hosts and unbound hosts per output).
