Whether the member name of classDecl is written anywhere: inside the
class (any <expr>.name or <expr>['name'], also on other instances
and inside the constructor) and, with options.declaration, through any
reference to the declaration in the project.
Finds writes to the members of a class: plain and compound assignments,
++/--,delete, destructuring assignment targets andfor...in/for...oftargets. Used to decide whether a field can bereadonly.
