transformation records.

Load complete session (tries project first, then platform)

Check if session exists (checks all locations)
File-based feedback storage in JSON Lines format (one record per line, append-only).
Session files are
<root>/.claude-feedback/sessions/<sessionId>.jsonl, where root is the project root, the platform root or both (storageLocation, default 'both').
