Class AnyToInterfaceOrchestrator

Replaces any-typed parameters and class properties with generated interfaces in two passes:

Collect: finds any-typed parameters and properties with property accesses and derives an interface spec for each.
Transform: replaces the any annotations with the interface name and inserts the generated interface declarations after the last import.

On a second run no any annotations remain, so nothing changes.
