Class PromiseCleanupTransformOrchestrator

Removes residual Promise anti-patterns left after the service and component transforms:

Orphaned .toPromise() calls are replaced by their receiver.
Statements calling detectChanges() are removed from non-async methods of @Component classes.

Restores the original source text when a step throws.
