Class PromiseServiceTransformRule

Transform rule angular:promise-service-to-observable: changes @Injectable service methods from Promise<T> to Observable<T> and adds retry and error handling.

Runs only when the plugin config sets transformationType: 'promise-service-to-observable'. Reads options.methodName and options.transformAll from the plugin config and passes them as PromiseServiceTransformOptions to PromiseServiceTransformOrchestrator.
