Class SequentialAwaitTransformOrchestrator

Converts sequential, independent await calls into one parallel forkJoin():

• @Injectable services: const x = await obs runs become forkJoin().pipe(map()).
• @Component methods: const x = await obs and this.x = await obs runs become forkJoin().subscribe().

An await counts as independent when it does not reference a variable assigned by a previous await in the same run. On failure the original source text is restored; on success it is returned in metadata.originalText.
