Class SubscriptionTransformOrchestrator

Adds takeUntilDestroyed() to raw .subscribe() calls in lifecycle hooks of a @Component class, so the subscriptions end with the component.

Idempotent: skips hooks that already use takeUntilDestroyed, and reuses an existing DestroyRef field instead of adding a new one.
Atomic: on any error, the original source text is restored.
Reversible: the original text is returned in metadata.originalText.
