Classifies absolute file paths into the configured layer topology (
layers/layersSource). Shared by the layer-boundary and content-placement rules so both read layer membership the same way.Matches files against each layer's
pathsglobs (anchored at the project root, segment-correct). Layers withoutpathsuse the directory their alias maps to in tsconfigpaths. The most specific pattern wins, independent of layer declaration order.
