    Class LibraryExtractionAnalysisRule

    Library Extraction Opportunity Rule (architecture:library-extraction-opportunity).

    Scans the project for cohesive artifact groups in shared folders that qualify for extraction into dedicated Angular libraries with secondary entry points. All detection logic lives in LibraryExtractionScanner.

    The scan covers the whole project but the rule is called per file: it scans once per project and file count, and reports each opportunity only once (at its primary file).
