Function analyzeProject

Analyze an Angular project using all registered analysis rules.

This function orchestrates the entire analysis process:

1. Creates and initializes the Kernel with the AnalyzerPlugin
2. Retrieves all analysis rules from all registered plugins
3. Creates appropriate contexts for each rule
4. Executes all rules in parallel
5. Collects and returns all analysis results

The function holds no analysis logic of its own; all findings come from the plugin rules.
