Creates a PublicApi for a project. All tools share one NgMorphAdapter.
Parameters
- project: Project
  The ts-morph Project instance
- Optionaloptions: { componentDecorators?: readonly string[]; pattern?: string; rootPath?: string }
  Optional configuration for the adapters
  - OptionalcomponentDecorators?: readonly string[]
    Decorator names that mark components (see parser.componentDecorators).
  - Optionalpattern?: string
    File pattern, passed to NgMorphAdapterOptions.pattern.
  - OptionalrootPath?: string
    Root path of the Angular project, passed to NgMorphAdapterOptions.rootPath.
