returns of project functions (switch mapping helpers), values of
Map/object literals read with .get(k) or [k] (including
map.set(k, v) writes), .toLowerCase()/.trim(), and parameters
through the arguments of their call sites. Anything else (fields filled
from data, inputs, library calls) makes the result incomplete.
