Function createKernel

createKernel(options: CreateKernelOptions): Promise<CreateKernelResult>
Create, configure, and initialize a Kernel plus its PublicApi in one call.

Steps: tsconfig discovery (unless CreateKernelOptions.tsConfigPath is given), config loading, Kernel construction and initialization, PublicApi creation.
Parameters
- options: CreateKernelOptions
Returns Promise<CreateKernelResult>
Example

Throws
When no tsconfig can be found and none is provided explicitly.
