Generate rule improvement suggestions from transformation feedback.
- Parameter adjustment: at least 3 failures with confidence above 0.8.
- Prerequisite check: at least 40% of failures share a learning keyword.
- Approach change: with at least 5 records, another approach than the most used one has more than 90% success rate over at least 3 records.
