Load and map the layer topology referenced by layersSource.

Supports the arch-validator format: an ESM config module (export const CONFIG = { layers: { 'src/app/features': { ... } } }; the export name is source.exportName, default CONFIG) whose layers are mapped with mapArchValidatorConfig to the LayerConfig model used by the architecture:layer-boundary-violation and architecture:content-placement rules.
Parameters
- projectRoot: string
  Base directory for a relative source.path
- source: LayersSourceConfig
  The layersSource config entry
- importer: ModuleImporter = nativeImporter
  Module loader (defaults to native dynamic import())
