    Interface MCPWatcher

    Debug watcher: writes periodic status updates (heartbeat, memory, running operations) to mcp-server.log to help debug hanging operations, and optionally serves a health check over HTTP. The server starts it only when ANGULAR_MODERNIZER_DEBUG is set; its timer is unref()ed and never keeps the process alive.
